This May we have been to two events. The first being on Goose Green at Dulwich. Well what excitement – all hustle and bustle and the weather was kind. We met so many lovely people that I’m sure we will be back there next year. Lots of delicious food, drink, stalls even donkeys!
Unfortunately our next event was on the one day of the week where it absolutely tipped down with incessant rain. Luckily we were in a gazebo but even then the weather was relentless all day and it didn’t seem to matter much that we were under cover. The venue – South Lodge Hotel near Horsham was beautiful. The brave people who came to the event were quite determined to shop and managed to brave the weather. The event was very well organised and the organisers after all their hard work for St Catherine’s Hospice managed to smile at the end of the day. Let’s hope it’s better for them next year!
